Ok, since I am focusing on authors libraries on Un:Bound, here is mine for you.
One of the small bookshelves. If you look you will see they are double stacked. This is a recurring theme
and that is a little bit of my New Rock boots you can see.
Ok, for the record, my husband plays guitar and I was learning bass, but then we moved and I haven;t practiced since, so I am utterly shit. The only thin I can play properly is Polly.
I should also mention, that although it's my library, Mark's got some books in there too. The top shelf is my Clive Barker books, except the Imajica which I keep with the other signed books. And yes, lots of things have bookmarks part way through.
yes these are double stacked too, you just can't see that. The chick lit, poetry, literature and some other stuff is shoved at the back, although sadly many books i'd like to see are back there too.
Ok, that's it for upstairs, now, in the dining room we have my cookbooks, yes Mr Devereux, if you publish it, I will add it to this lot. :)
and in the living room we have my Gaiman books, soon to be moved upstairs, our shared Pratchett collection, for Mark really because he loves them and the signed or ltd edition books. It's the living room so there is junk in there and a cat.
There are of course always small piles of books on the side table in the living room, on the bedside table, the dining table and in a couple of other spots. But that is basically the shape of it.
Much too neat looking -- all your books look new!

hahaha, that's because I got rid of about 300 before & during the move, and I read quite quickly so they don't start to look battered till the second or third read. Also, the older ones are mostly in the back stack.

You are like my wife, moving from home to home sucks doesn't it? Especially up three flights of stairs...
But reading is awesome!

I'd have kept them all if it hadn't been for pressure from Mark.
